Project objective:

The main objective of the project is to deepen the offer of further education programmes at the VŠPJ with a focus on the educational needs of managers of organisations providing social services in the Vysočina Region. The project will create 15 training modules thematically focused on the educational needs of these workers, based on two independent analyses. The modules will focus both on general knowledge and skills (strategic management, personnel management, etc.) and on professional knowledge and skills of managers (social work methods, gerontology, psychology and psychiatry, etc.). Each module will be accompanied by a study guide with links to further recommended literature and a set of review questions available in the e-learning application of the VŠPJ. For selected modules, an e-learning study guide will also be developed for self-study. All the developed modules will be tested in a four-semester pilot course on a group of 30 participants in further education. After the pilot validation, suggestions and ideas for additions or modifications will be incorporated into the learning modules. After the end of the project implementation, the finalised modules will be included in the further education offer at the VŠPJ and SVOŠS and offered to all entities operating in the field of social services in the Vysočina Region.
